3hz presents// 

Młyn arrive at the Reception with music that is constantly in motion. The trio, comprising Sebastian Milewski (keyboards), Cezary Rosiński (electronics) and Michał Wdowikowski (drums), have been exploring for years what can be achieved by combining live instruments, electronics and improvisation.

Młyn (…) serves up a very refreshing blend of jazz and electronic music. They’re not only good at playing, but also at provoking: “Famous jazz critics will be outraged and disgusted. Famous electronic music critics perhaps too,” they write in the lyrics. Clever and spot-on, and the music itself is wonderfully offbeat. Młyn exudes self-confidence and, against a backdrop of what is, after all, strong competition, they come across well – and certainly stand out.”

Their discography comprises the albums *Reklama* (2018) on Dym Records and *Folwark* (2021), released by Gusstaff Records. They have performed at the Avant Art Festival, Fonomo, Ars Cameralis, Dym Festival and Borderline Festival, as well as numerous club gigs in Poland and the Czech Republic. In 2022, the band was recognised by Polish critics with a nomination in Gazeta Wyborcza’s “Sanki” poll.
