A support programme aimed at artists, curators, managers, activists, animators and cultural researchers from Wrocław planning (individually or in groups) to carry out projects abroad.
You can apply if you are planning a residency or study visit, but we also encourage individuals or groups who are planning to participate in international art reviews, festivals, workshops, plein-airs, presentations, conferences, fairs, cultural practice studies or other events and projects, which will allow them to develop their skills, showcase their work and build international relationships. Please note, that we also accept applications for networking visits aimed at acquiring partners!
Successful applicants will receive financial support of up to PLN 3,000 gross to cover travel and/or accommodation costs. Anyone interested can apply – regardless of their education or experience.
Culture of Mobility 2025
In last year’s call for proposals, seven out of 37 applications received support. These included participation in the Ceramic Art Biennial in Aveiro, the premiere of a choreographic performance in Gothenburg, and a trip to the International Flameworking Conference in New York.

Dozens of trips
Since 2017, dozens of artists and artistic groups have received support through the programme. Throughout their trips, they have represented the region at numerous professional events, presented their work to foreign audiences, participated in workshops and courses, organised participatory events or recorded albums together.
