Culture in Autumn with the Wrocław Cultural Guide
The best cinema from across the pond, physical theatre and performances from Asia, a festival of independent galleries – you can read about these topics, and many more, in the latest issue of the Wrocław Cultural Guide.

You may have noticed that the October-November issue of our magazine feels different and weighs more, not only because of its substance. We are pleased to present to you not only the basic issue of our magazine but also a special supplement – a guide to the grand stage festival that returns to our city: The International Theatre Festival Dialog-Wrocław.
On the following pages, you will find interviews about Wrocław Off Gallery Weekend (pp. 6–9), Susan Siedelman’s retrospective as part of the American Film Festival (pp. 12–13) and Władysław Cwenarski’s exhibition in Four Domes Pavilion (pp. 24–25). We are continuing our journey through the cultural landscape of Wrocław at the turn of the century: as part of the series Wrocław of the Millennium, Marta Mizuro, a literary critic and journalist, investigates the literature of the 2000s.
And with this issue, we are commencing a cooperation with Akademickie Radio LUZ (just when the academic year starts!). Thanks to this, after having read an interview with Yuriy Biley about his upcoming exhibition, located in the underground air-raid shelters, Shelters, Covers, Slits (pp. 41-42), you can listen to a recorded continuation of the conversation – just scan the QR code located below the text.
And this is just the beginning. We also have a range of other texts that will undoubtedly help you make cultural plans for October and November, as hundreds of events await you.
Have a great autumn – culturally!
