So this is the tenth year of artistic cooperation between Wrocław and Dresden! Thanks to the support of the Departments of Culture of the two neighbouring lands – Lower Silesia and Saxony – and the partners from the city’s cultural institutions, we are co-organising another edition of a residency exchange for the printmakers.
In April, during our monthly residency in Wrocław, we hosted Lisa Maria Baier, a visual artist working with participatory practices. She created her compositions in the spaces of the Municipal Gallery Studio in the courtyard at Ruska 46 and in the Department of Graphic Arts at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts. Meanwhile, following the jury’s decision, Aleksandra Czudżak was selected for the May residency in Dresden at the Grafikwerkstatt Studio. Congratulations!

The residency is organised by the twin cities of Wrocław and Dresden. Exchange partners: Grafikwerkstatt in Dresden, Wroclaw Institute of Culture, The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw, Wroclaw City Gallery and Domek Miedziorytnika.
