So this is the eighth year of artistic cooperation between Wrocław and Dresden! Thanks to the support of the Departments of Culture of the two neighbouring lands – Lower Silesia and Saxony – and the partners from the city’s cultural institutions, we are co-organising another edition of a residency exchange for the printmakers.
In April, a month-long residency in Wrocław hosted a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden – Sarah Steuer, a graphic designer focusing on work in techniques such as lithography and etching. In turn, by the decision of the jury, Modesta Gorol went to the Grafikwerkstatt Studio in Dresden as part of the May call for residencies. Congratulations!

The residency is organised by the twin cities of Wrocław and Dresden. Exchange partners: Grafikwerkstatt in Dresden, Wroclaw Institute of Culture, The Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw, Wroclaw City Gallery and Domek Miedziorytnika.
